Māori Data Sovereignty: Opportunities for Policy

This free interactive workshop is tailored for Government agencies and provides an introduction to Indigenous Data Sovereignty in the context of Aotearoa New Zealand.  Led by Professor Tahu Kukutai, Dr Donna Cormack and Associate Professor Maui Hudson, this workshop explores critical questions relating to Māori data governance, ownership and access, and potential solutions for benefit sharing and value generation.
